Three-year-old Jasper’s sweet voice fills the halls of Special Kids when she arrives for her therapy sessions, sharing her latest adventures. Jasper doesn’t know a stranger, is independent, and strong-willed.

Jasper has Chorea, a genetic movement disorder. She started at Special Kids in March 2016 for Physical and Occupational Therapy due to her diagnosis. “When Jasper first arrived at Special Kids, she was not walking, she was only crawling. She also had a lot of trouble feeding herself with a spoon or fork. She is now walking pretty well and can feed herself without making a mess,” shares her mother, Bonnie. “Special Kids has been amazing in many ways. They have helped us when we were in need at Christmas even. We are so grateful.”

Jasper wants everyone to know, “I love coming to Special Kids. They are my friends.”
